How many years will it work?

It works for a lifetime.

Will the inoculum work in an old existing tank?

No.

Can outlet water be reused?

Yes, for gardening and agricultural purposes.

Can acid cleaning be done?

No.

How often should the inoculum be refilled?

Refilling is not required with continuous use.

Is it a ready-made or onsite construction tank?

Both are available.

How can I confirm that your bacteria are functioning well?

Test the output water in a lab and compare with DRDO parameters.

Is it a single or multi-tank system?

It depends on usage and space availability.

What is the size of the tank?

What is the tank material?

RCC and FRP types.

How many tank material types do you have?

Two.

What about warranty and guarantee?

One year warranty, void if usage instructions are bypassed.

How long will it take to attend a complaint?

24 to 48 hours, depending on travel distance

Can you assist in site preparation for installation?

Yes, but you cover the cost and labour.

I want a site visit before I confirm my order.

Site visits after order confirmation or for an additional charge.

I can’t separate kitchen/bathroom outlet from toilet outlet. What to do?

You must separate it; our inoculum only digests faecal matter.

Will you test the output water and provide a report after usage?

Yes, but testing charges are additional. We recommend testing in a nearby lab.
